30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Simply Set within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase date
  • This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers
  • Refunds are not available for subscription renewals
  • Only one refund per customer is permitted

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • No refunds for renewals: Once a subscription renewal has been processed, it is non-refundable
  • Cancellation timing: You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged
  • Access continuation: After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside the 30-day guarantee period may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues: Service was unavailable for an extended period due to technical problems on our end
  • Duplicate charges: You were charged multiple times for the same transaction
  • Billing errors: You were charged an incorrect amount
  • Unauthorized charges: A charge was made without your authorization

These requests are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed. Please provide detailed information when submitting your request.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Subscription renewals after the first 30 days
  • One-time purchases or add-ons
  • Discounted or promotional subscriptions
  • Services already rendered or consumed
  • Account violations resulting in termination

How to Request a Refund

Step 3: Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Cancellation vs. Refund

It's important to understand the difference between cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing but does not refund the current period. You retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
  • Refund: Returns payment for the current period (subject to eligibility) and immediately terminates access.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.

Important Chargeback Notice:

  • Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
  • We will work with you to resolve disputes fairly before they escalate
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination

Pro-Rated Refunds

Simply Set does not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for unused time.

Free Trials

If we offer a free trial period:

  • You may cancel during the trial period without being charged
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the subscription
  • The 30-day money-back guarantee begins from the date of your first paid charge, not the trial start date

Currency and Exchange Rates

All refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase. Exchange rate fluctuations may result in a refund amount that differs from your original charge when converted to your local currency. We are not responsible for these differences.
